These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Whispr mobile application (the "App"), operated by [Your Firm Name] ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Whispr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information during registration, including your genuine date of birth
• You may not create more than one account, or create an account on behalf of someone else without permission
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Whispr to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse other users
• Post or send content that is sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share another person's private information without consent
• Solicit money, financial information, or engage in scams
• Promote or advertise commercial products or services
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures, including App Check and encryption
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access or interact with the App
• Screenshot, screen record, or redistribute another user's private gallery photos
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable law

4. Content You Share

You retain ownership of the photos, messages, and other content you share on Whispr. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, transmit, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the App (e.g. displaying your profile to matched users).

You are solely responsible for the content you share. Do not upload photos of anyone other than yourself without their consent.

5. The Whispr Connection Feature

Whispr includes a feature where users may express interest in one another ("Whispr" someone). Whether another user has Whispr'd you is only revealed once the connection becomes mutual. Gallery photos remain private and are only unlocked between two users once both have mutually Whispr'd each other. This mechanic is a core feature of the App and is not modifiable or bypassable through any paid feature.

6. Reporting and Moderation

We provide tools to report and block other users. We reserve the right to investigate reports and take action including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion. We may also use automated systems combined with human review to detect and act on repeated violations.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe you have:

• Violated these Terms or our community guidelines
• Provided false information, including about your age
• Engaged in behaviour that is harmful to other users or the platform
• Been the subject of repeated credible reports from other users

You may also delete your own account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

8. Premium Features and Payments

Whispr may offer optional paid features (e.g. ad-free subscription) via Google Play Billing. All payments are processed by Google Play and subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via your Google Play account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Whispr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not verify the identity, age, or intentions of other users beyond the measures described in our Privacy Policy, and you interact with other users at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages resulting from interactions with other users.

For your safety, we recommend that you:

• Never share personal information such as your home address, financial details, or passwords with other users
• Report and block any user who makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable
• Meet in person only if you choose to, and always in a public place, informing a friend or family member beforehand
• Trust your instincts — end any conversation that feels wrong

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which [Your Firm Name] is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
